New Athletic Website launches August 14

EOUSports.com will be new home for Mountaineer athletics

The Eastern Oregon University athletic department will be launching a new website Aug. 14 at noon.

The new internet home for the Mountaineers is geared towards a more user-friendly navigation through its athletics. The modern and sleek appearance will offer easy navigation and the site features new media elements for EOU athletics.

The Internet Consulting Services designed website will bring EOU athletics into the 21st Century using video, podcasting, RSS feeds and much more to the fans.

The Mountaineer faithful can expect to see video highlights, weekly coaches shows, blogs by student athletes, interactive calendars and can sign up to receive EOU athletic news and scores text messaged to their cell phones.

Mountaineer Twitter and Facebook accounts will be available to join as well.

Cascade Collegiate Conference foe, Corban College, uses an ICS designed web page. The conference also goes through ICS for its website.
